Missy
Front Desk
Missy is certainly a multi-tasking force of nature. She can check you in, schedule your appointment, call in your refill, and handle all four phone lines at once. She also spends part of her time in transcription. Missy's two beautiful daughters keep her busy outside the office as well.
Jill
Business Office
Jill counts pre-op counseling, scheduling, billing, and collections as her primary tasks. Keeping our computers running smoothly and talking to insurance companies keeps her busy all day as well. She will file your insurance claims and manage workers' compensations claims. She spends all her free time at her cabin at Henry's Lake.
Angie
Business Office
Disability diva and marketing maven, we love Angie because she is also the "lunch lady." Angie will schedule your surgery and make sure your disability dollars keep rolling in. It is also her responsibility to keep track of Dr. Andary's schedule. No small task! Four active children keep Angie busy too.
